Delete your LookPair account

You can permanently delete your LookPair account and associated personal data from within the
app. This page describes how and what is removed.
Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open LookPair and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to Delete account and tap it.
- Confirm deletion when prompted.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. You will be signed out and returned to the welcome
screen.
What we delete
- Your authentication account (Google or Apple linked profile)
- Wardrobe photos stored in our cloud
- Style preferences, saved looks, and related app data
- Subscription linkage data in our backend (RevenueCat subscriber record)
What may remain

App Store / Google Play subscriptions — Deleting your LookPair account does
not cancel an active subscription. Manage billing in
Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions (iOS) or
Google Play → Payments & subscriptions (Android).

Legal and security records — Limited logs may be retained where required for
fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email
startupsonly2026@gmail.com from the address linked to your
account with the subject line Account deletion request. We will verify ownership
and complete deletion within 30 days.
