LookPair ("LookPair", "we", "us") operates the LookPair mobile application. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information — When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your account identifier, email address, and profile name or avatar provided by the sign-in provider.
• Wardrobe photos — Photos you upload or capture for outfit analysis and catalog management. These are stored securely in our cloud infrastructure (Supabase).
• Style preferences — Answers from the in-app style quiz and saved outfit data.
• Location (optional) — If you grant permission, we use approximate location to provide local weather-based outfit suggestions. We do not sell location data.
• Subscription status — Purchase and entitlement information processed through Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat to deliver premium features.
• Usage data — Basic in-app event logs (for example paywall views) stored on your device and in our backend for abuse prevention and plan limits. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

How we use information

• Authenticate you and sync your wardrobe across devices
• Generate AI-powered outfit recommendations and photo processing
• Enforce free and premium plan limits
• Provide customer support and improve app reliability
• Comply with legal obligations

Third-party services

We use trusted processors to run the app:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage
• Google / Apple — sign-in providers
• RevenueCat — subscription management
• AI providers — outfit analysis and image processing (photos are sent only to fulfill your requests)

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy and our data-processing agreements where applicable.

Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account in the app, we delete your auth profile, wardrobe photos, preferences, and related cloud data. Some records may be retained briefly for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Your rights and choices

• Revoke camera, photo library, or location permissions in your device settings
• Delete your account from Profile → Delete account in the app
• Request access or deletion by emailing startupsonly2026@gmail.com

Children

LookPair is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate. We use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers where required by law.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version at this URL and update the "Last updated" date above.
