These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LookPair mobile application and related services ("Service") operated by LookPair. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be old enough to consent to these Terms in your jurisdiction and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
You may sign in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device secure. Notify us at startupsonly2026@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You retain ownership of photos and other content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service (including AI analysis you request). You represent that you have the rights to upload the content you provide.

Outfit suggestions and other AI outputs are provided for inspiration only. We do not guarantee accuracy, fit, or suitability for any occasion. Use your own judgment before making purchasing or styling decisions.
The Service, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by LookPair and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or proprietary materials except as needed to use the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STYLEMATCH WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account in the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. See our account deletion page for data removal steps.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer protections apply.
